Court Imposes $60,000 As Sanctions And Fees Against Ex-Wife In A Long Running Divorce Litigation

In a dramatic and impressive decision on February 3, 2012, Westchester County Supreme Court Justice Francesca E. Connolly, in D.W v R.W imposed sanctions and counsel fee comprising of $17,500 and $42,707.29 respectively against the self represented ex-wife who disobeyed the repeated court orders that required her to stop the attacks on a seven year old divorce settlement.
