All-new F4 car launched

These are the first pictures of the car that drivers will race in the new BRDC Formula 4 championship this season. The MSV F4-013 has been built by Van Diemen founder Ralph Firman's RFR concern for the new MotorSport Vision-run series, which is designed to offer a new low-cost route into professional single-seater racing in the UK .
