Hall of Fame honours for Bobby Rahal

Bobby Rahal is among five American road racing figures who will inducted into the SCCA Hall of Fame on March 2. The IndyCar team owner and 1986 Indy 500 winner will join Skip Barber, Bill Noble, Carroll Shelby and Andy Porterfield in receiving the honour, which was created to acknowledge Sports Car Club of America members who have had a significant impact upon the development of the sport in the US. Rahal won the President's Cup as a 22-year-old following his 1975 Formula B national title, and went on to drive IMSA and in the SCCA Trans-Am series.
